  • This is a 6 Week technique development program that is designed for athletes to tack onto their daily training. Athletes will break down the technique of the clean and drill specific pieces and parts of the lift, week by week.


  • Extra Warm Ups and Mobility are also included on this program to better supplement the athletes and their work.
