What up Homigo! Glad you are taking on this BIG challenge of getting your pistol squats! There are so many great things that will come out of this work, that does not only include getting you the actual skill, but improved mobility and ranges of motion through your hips, knees, and ankle, improving your balance and coordination, and all the benefits of training a unilateral (one sided) movement. So, I’M EXCITED FOR YOU!

 

You will find yourself taking on 3 days of work per week for 8 total weeks. Along the journey, you will be gathering lots of tools to put into your pockets and repeat them, so you can measure your progress, as well as learning a new pistol squat progression each week. Feel free to repeat weeks when necessary and always ALWAYS reach out to ask me any questions you might have along the way!
