This program is going to help you build a Snatch from the ground up... or actually from "up" to the ground (IYKYK)! Whether you are just learning your olympic lifts and looking to retool your current ones, this program is for you!


This program primarily focuses on building the technical side of the lift through Power Snatches and is coupled with Mobility to help you improve your Squat Snatch (Mobility is key).


Each of the week has an in-depth video explanation of your focus and cues to help you simplify.
