This program is written for athletes that are looking to improve their gymnastics skills and work their way to getting a strict ring muscle up. The 50 days are meant to be consecutive, with the work taking less than 10min to complete.

 

I recommend having a minimum of 5 strict pull ups and/or 1 strict chest-to-bar pull up before starting this program.
