This is a 4 Week program designed to get you to working sets of full toes to bar. Whether you have yet to pull your toes completely up to the bar or are looking to improve the quality and/or quantity of which you can do, this program is for you!

 

This program is meant to be cycled through the course of 4 weeks, meaning that once you get to the end of week 4, you should start back from the top at week 1, day 1.
